"I have been working with Goji Berries for a long time. They are a highly nutritous food with many far reaching health benefits. For anybody who is interested in losing weight or increasing their general level of wellbeing they make an ideal snack.
Antioxidant properties
Goji berries contain more antioxidants than any other food tested on the Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) scale at over 6 times, Blueberries being 2nd highest. Antioxidants help to protect against damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are highly reactive substances that form in the body and can cause oxidative damage to body cells".
