D., you have to avoid the mindset of constantly being on a diet and instead think about making simple lifestyle changes. Monitor the foods you are consuming and try to make healthier choices. It will come as no surprise that slim individuals choose to eat healthier foods compared to overweight individuals. They eat more fruit, veg and oil fish, make sure they have a lot of fibre in their diet and drink a lot of water.
2.Monitor your progress
Slim individuals regularly monitor their weight to track their progress. If you set a goal to lose 5 lbs then note your current weight and monitor your progress on a weekly basis to see how much weight you are losing.
3.Regular exercise

10. Don't skip meals
Skipping meals is a bad idea. Leaving 6 hours between meals will decrease your metabolism and often you will over-compensate when you do actually eat.
